Carlos Alcaraz was born on 5 May 2003 in El Palmar, Murcia, a small town in Spain.

Alcaraz started playing tennis at the age of 8

Alcaraz became a professional tennis player at the age of 15.

He won his first ATP title at the Croatia Open in 2021.

Alcaraz won his first Grand Slam title at the US Open in 2022.

After the US Open win, Alcaraz became the youngest world No. 1 in ATP ranking history.

 Alcaraz is the youngest male tennis player to win major tournaments on all  three surfaces  (hard court, grass and clay)

He won the Wimbledon title both years 2023-24, defeating Novak Djokovic in a historic final.
